Payment and Refund
We consider our sales to be final with a no-refund policy. For subscription packages, if you choose not to renew, you must notify us at least 10 days before the end of the subscription period. If you do not provide this notice, your subscription will automatically renew.
Surely we’ll do our best to ensure that you never want to so if you are not reasonably satisfied with our services, we will work with you to do our best to make you 100% satisfied.
The following rules apply to both our new and existing customers:
- Our service prices may change but it won’t affect the customers who have already paid for a service. Updated pricing will only apply to new and existing customers upon renewal of their subscription or contract term.
- Pinoperator reserves the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment.
- We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. In that case, customers can cancel their order.
- All sales are final and no refund will be issued (except for pricing errors and refusal of order).
- Any additional services not explicitly outlined in the package will be subject to additional charges.
Content Usage Terms
Once a pin is published on your Pinterest account, you own the copyright of the content. We will never redistribute the content/pin without your written permission. However, we may retain a copy for legal and marketing purposes. You grant us a license to showcase the content to potential clients of Pinoperator as a sample of our quality work, but we are committed to the following:
- Not disclosing any confidential information provided by your business to any third party without prior written consent.
- Only sharing the information with staff members who require access to complete and deliver your order.
- We’ll create pins using images and videos from your website or those you provided. By subscribing to our service, you are granting us permission to use your website’s content and images to complete your order. Pinoperator won’t be responsible for any third-party disputes related to your content.
Limitations of Liability
- While Pinoperator takes all necessary precautions to ensure compliance with Pinterest’s guidelines, it cannot guarantee immunity from actions taken by Pinterest resulting in suspension/penalty/ban on your account.
- In the event of a profile suspension or ban, we will offer guidance to the client in resolving the issue during the subscription period. Please note that the ultimate decision rests with Pinterest. Therefore, Pinoperator cannot be held liable for any actions taken by Pinterest and does not guarantee success. So, Pinoperator will not be held responsible for the action and does not guarantee success in recovery.
